Situated in the beautiful City of Vancouver, British Columbia, Killarney Community Lutheran Church has been committed to sharing God’s love and His message to everyone in the community since 1959. 

Jesus said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” – Matthew 28:18-20

According to this Great Commission that Jesus gave to His disciples, and in turn passed down to us, the church exists to spread God’s Good News, equip Christians, and train them in the art of service. In church services and bible studies, we are formed by God’s Word and the Holy Spirit. In our outreach activities, we reach out to our neighbours, serve our community in kindness, and practice the love that God has shown to us in His Son Jesus Christ.

In sharing God’s gifts through various service activities in a friendly space, we hope you will join us to learn more about the Christian faith, form loving relationships with one another, become involved as part of our church family, and most importantly, draw nearer to God.
